Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time) – Hong Kong

About the role
This part‑time position supports the office by handling account documentation, data entry and client communications. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth processing of new and existing accounts while providing general administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Review account documents for new and existing customers.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
- Contact existing clients to arrange service renewals.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary education or higher in any discipline.
- Responsible, hard‑working and patient.
- Customer‑focused, proactive and eager to learn.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Availability to work on weekdays is an advantage.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC applications: Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with PC applications: Microsoft Word.
- Ability to use Chinese word‑processing software.
