Customer Service Manager (Perfume Manufacturer)

About the role

A fast-growing French manufacturer of perfume compositions is hiring a Customer Service Manager for its Hong Kong subsidiary. The role covers order documentation, customer follow-up and coordination with sales, and is advertised through a recruitment partner. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Customer Service Officer position.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customers' details and sales orders into the ERP system and generate documents such as order acknowledgments (ARC), packing lists and invoices.
• Prepare necessary documents and coordinate with customers, the sales team and management.
• Follow up order processing and inform customers and sales representatives of progress and expected delivery or shipment schedules.
• Collect documents required by customers for each shipped order and send them promptly; inform customers and sales reps about dispatch samples with tracking details and follow up deliveries with the courier if needed.
• Follow up with the evaluation department on briefs and inform sales representatives and their customers.
• Coordinate with sales representatives on collecting payments from customers.
• Handle general administration such as answering calls, receiving documents and parcels, and sending letters and parcels to other departments.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of similar experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to subsidiaries.
