Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will support daily operations at our walk‑in service centres and handle customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service for both internal and external clients. You will also contribute to fraud‑control initiatives and occasional reception duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist day‑to‑day activities at customer service walk‑in centres.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries and follow‑up actions.
• Support projects related to customer service and fraud control.
• Perform occasional reception duties and administrative reporting.
• Maintain service standards and achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Minimum Form Six education or higher.
• IIQA qualification on Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5.
• At least 2 years of experience in life insurance.
• Strong customer‑service experience in a service centre environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with acceptable Mandarin.
