Customer Service Officer

About the role

Join NTK Academic Group, a leading educational service provider in Hong Kong, as a Customer Service Officer. You will support parents, students and partner agencies, ensuring their needs are met with tailored education solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Answer enquiries from parents, students and referring agencies professionally.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Provide after‑sale services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Introduce and follow up education programmes based on students’ needs and abilities.
• Assist in ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Problem‑solving and listening skills to tailor the best solution for clients.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Customer Service Officer.
• Immediate availability or short‑notice start preferred.
