Customer Service Representative (Airport) – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the frontline team at Hong Kong International Airport and be the welcoming face for travelers worldwide. You will assist passengers throughout their journey, from check‑in to baggage handling, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight schedules, reservations and irregular operations.
• Guide passengers through check‑in, self‑service kiosks and gate boarding processes.
• Handle baggage inquiries, delayed baggage issues and special service requests.
• Perform aircraft weight and balance calculations, crew dispatching and ramp planning as required.
• Monitor hand‑carry compliance in line with FAA mandates.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and on‑call situations.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• At least one year of customer‑oriented experience.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Legally authorized to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
• Flexible availability for 8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week, on a rotating schedule.
