Customer Service Specialist – Overnight Shift

About the role

You will act as the bridge between clients and production teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery and high-quality service. The position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of customer-service experience who want to develop in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
• Manage day-to-day service solutions and coordinate project timelines.
• Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and ensure seamless shift handovers.
• Document client interactions accurately and support timely delivery of services.
• Identify and deliver precise service solutions for specific jobs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including overnight, weekends and public holidays.
