About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our branch network as Customer Services Officers. This campus recruitment program targets candidates graduating between January 2026 and July 2027, offering an entry‑level opportunity to develop sales and service skills in a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily counter operations, including cash transactions and documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Promote bank products and refer clients to appropriate services.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming branch environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Graduates (or soon‑to‑graduate) between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027 with no full‑time work experience.
• Strong sales and service orientation with an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
• Responsible, team‑spirit driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
