Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will be the strategic backbone for clients using the Google Marketing Platform. You will combine product expertise, project management and growth partnership to ensure smooth onboarding, deep adoption and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, building long‑term trusted relationships and monitoring platform usage.
• Drive platform adoption, identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development.
• Lead strategic onboarding of GMP, design and deliver tailored training programs.
• Maintain certifications on GMP products and stay ahead of roadmap updates.
• Translate complex technical data into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Business and Solutions teams on pre‑sales proposals, SOW definition and project governance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Consulting within AdTech/MarTech.
• Operational experience with Campaign Manager 360 and Display & Video 360; knowledge of Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong presentation skills for senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to China.
