Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our fast‑growing iGaming support team. You will interact with players via live chat and ticketing systems, providing accurate and timely assistance while helping to maintain a safe gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle live chats and support tickets, delivering prompt, accurate responses to players.
• Assist players with verification (KYC), deposits, and withdrawals.
• Provide information on bonuses, promotions, and gaming products.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity and conduct basic analysis of unusual cases.
• Offer tailored solutions to resolve player inquiries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and player satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience in call centers, sales, or other customer‑facing roles is a plus.
• Background in iGaming, betting, or fintech is advantageous.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B1+) or higher.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Motivation to grow in the iGaming industry and a proactive mindset.
