Customer Support Associate – Hong Kong

About the role

Join qlub’s fast‑scaling fintech team as a Customer Support Associate in Hong Kong. You’ll be the front‑line contact for restaurant operators, helping them enjoy frictionless payments and delivering a smooth hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues customers encounter while using qlub’s service.
• Capture, organise, and report product issues or valuable feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure technical problems are followed up and resolved.
• Provide management with strategic insights and recommendations based on on‑ground feedback and industry trends.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in customer support (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
