Data Analyst (Finance – Inforce Management)

About the role

We are seeking a curious and technically skilled Data Analyst to join AXA Hong Kong and Macau’s Finance – Inforce Management team. The analyst will work closely with Actuarial and business teams, turning large volumes of policy data into strategic insights that drive customer value and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and automate key performance reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Partner with Actuarial and business teams to transform raw policy data on modern platforms into insights for financial reporting and performance monitoring.
• Identify manual, Excel‑driven workflows and re‑engineer them into automated, scalable processes.

Required profile

• Curious mindset with strong technical aptitude for data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, especially Actuarial and business units.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and workflow automation.
