Data Engineer / Data Analyst – Supply Chain Data Ingestion

About the role

The company is seeking a Data Engineer / Data Analyst to lead large‑scale supply chain data ingestion and build Lakehouse pipelines from raw (Silver) to curated (Gold) layers. You will work closely with supply chain teams to enable self‑service business intelligence using Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and construct scalable data ingestion pipelines for hundreds of supply chain tables into a Lakehouse environment.
• Transform raw/Silver data into optimized Gold‑layer dimensional models for Self‑Service BI.
• Integrate core WMS data and upcoming Geek+ automation datasets.
• Gather requirements from business teams, capturing table structures, business rules, metrics, and filtering criteria.
• Build data flows and semantic structures in Microsoft Fabric / Databricks to deliver clean datasets to Power BI developers.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of hands‑on data engineering experience, focusing on pipeline construction and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Strong background in supply chain, logistics, WMS or automated inventory systems is highly preferred.
