Dealer (Call Centre – Normal Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Dealer to join our call‑centre team supporting daily Hong Kong equity and derivative trading operations. The role works a normal day shift, handling client orders, monitoring positions and providing timely market information.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trade orders and monitor them throughout the day.
• Handle client enquiries by phone, presenting stock and derivative product updates.
• Monitor client positions and risk exposure, performing forced liquidations or margin‑call actions when required.
• Collect and analyse market data to assist in developing trading strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high‑quality service and rapid responses.

Required profile

• Higher diploma or above, preferably in finance or investment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, respond quickly and maintain accuracy.
• Good spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Required skills

• Knowledge of equity and derivative products.
• Understanding of margin‑call processes (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with SFC RA 1 and RA 2 registration is highly recommended.
