Demi Chef de Partie

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at La Petite Maison in Hong Kong. You will work alongside senior chefs to help deliver our renowned French-Mediterranean cuisine while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items under senior chefs’ guidance.
• Ensure every dish meets quality, freshness and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and innovation.
• Support inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
• Strong passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
