Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. You will provide on‑site IT assistance, resolve end‑user issues quickly, and keep our daily IT operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, docking stations and conference‑room equipment.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, scanner and peripheral problems.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and Active Directory/Azure AD administration.
• Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Exchange email clients.
• Handle network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN.
• Process incidents and service requests via the IT ticketing system while meeting SLA targets.
• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, replacements and maintain accurate asset records.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised support teams and document troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in desktop or IT support within an enterprise environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent customer‑service communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese is a plus.
