DevOps Engineer – Blockchain Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports blockchain services and distributed systems. The role focuses on cloud‑native platform engineering, automation, and close collaboration with software teams to deliver production‑grade services across multiple cloud providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Operate and optimize production Kubernetes clusters, including autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Create and improve CI/CD pipelines for both application and infrastructure deployments.
• Deploy and manage middleware platforms such as Kafka, Redis, and NGINX.
• Automate operational tasks using Golang and Python.
• Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and disaster‑recovery capabilities.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with software engineers to streamline deployment processes and improve developer experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes production environments.
• Experience with Karpenter for Kubernetes autoscaling and node lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience operating middleware technologies such as Kafka, Redis, and NGINX.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Golang and Python.
• Familiarity with Git, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD platforms.
• Understanding of observability tools like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
