Digital Communications & Engagement Manager

About the role

The Digital Communications & Engagement Manager will partner with digital leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to showcase the value of digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role translates complex technology topics into compelling internal communications that drive employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
• Produce high‑quality communication packs, videos, newsletters and other multimedia content.
• Manage the digital communications infrastructure and use analytics to optimise messaging effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing or copywriting within the IT/technology sector.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality communications under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of solving problems independently.
