Digital & Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital & Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal communication initiatives for a large Hong Kong‑based conglomerate undergoing a digital transformation. The role partners with digital leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to translate technology programmes into engaging employee content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives and corporate values.
• Partner with digital leaders and project teams to communicate the value of transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the digital communications infrastructure and use analytics to optimise messaging and audience engagement.
• Create high‑quality materials such as communication packs, videos, newsletters and multimedia content.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders on communication performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing or copywriting within the IT/technology sector.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality communications under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of identifying issues and delivering practical solutions.
