Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Account Manager joins TransPerfect's Client Services Department to drive growth of the new digital marketing division. Working closely with Sales, you will pitch SEO, SEM, social media and performance content services to existing and prospective clients while leading a team of digital specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and client services to sell SEO, SEM, social media and performance content solutions.
• Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct research and strategy work such as audits, competitor analyses, keyword research and content opportunity assessments.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee execution of multiregional campaigns, coordinating with global production teams, client headquarters, local stakeholders and agency partners.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables to meet strategic briefs and optimize campaign performance.
• Set up performance monitoring dashboards and deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies and market leaders, sharing knowledge internally and with clients.
