Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for the Hong Kong market, driving business growth and lead generation for our fast‑growing FinTech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other digital channels.
• Monitor and optimise campaign budgets against metrics such as CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.
• Develop content strategies and create multi‑channel marketing assets including social posts, articles, videos, case studies and landing‑page copy.
• Maintain an end‑to‑end lead‑management process covering acquisition, qualification, nurturing and handover to sales.
• Collaborate with sales and business‑development teams to define lead‑quality standards and improve conversion.
• Analyse funnel performance, identify drop‑off points and recommend improvements to increase lead volume and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital, performance or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market, merchant behaviour and media consumption.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
