Digital Performance Specialist (Senior)

About the role

The Digital Performance Specialist will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, display and social channels to drive ROI for e‑commerce clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, reporting and continuous improvement of campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns on Search, Display and Social platforms.
• Analyse campaign and website data to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data‑driven optimisations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated execution and accurate reporting.
• Prepare performance reports and client‑facing presentations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and e‑commerce.
• Good client‑facing and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
