Job description
About LemonvitaLemonvita is a Hong Kong personal-care biotechnology company. We make HairBooster™ Gummies, a hair-support supplement sold direct-to-consumer in Hong Kong. We design products with dosing that matches the research behind each active ingredient, and we sell on subscription so customers never run out. The brand is built on science and clear communication, not hype.About the roleThis is a full-time, salaried role based in our Tsuen Wan office. You will work directly with the founder to grow the brand across paid and organic channels, alongside our designers and video editors. You own the thinking, the planning and the words: concept, script, caption, campaign. It is an individual-contributor role with a real budget, real audiences and a short loop between what you ship and what it earns.Everything we publish is written in Chinese for the Hong Kong market: formal written Chinese for email and web, colloquial Cantonese for social. Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and professional-level Traditional Chinese copywriting are the core skills of this job. - Interviews are conducted in Cantonese. Shortlisted candidates complete a short Traditional Chinese copywriting test for the Hong Kong market during the interview -Why this role- End-to-end ownership of paid, organic, email and SEO, not a slice handed down from a bigger team.- A direct line to the founder. No layers between your idea and the decision.- An AI-native workflow (Claude Code, Codex, Higgsfield) that most agencies have not touched yet.- A science-led brand, not another lifestyle label. What you will do- Paid ads (Meta): plan and ship static, carousel and Reels creative. Build the concept, brief the designer, write the copy, script the Reels, assist on shoot days, then read the numbers and iterate on what converts.- Organic social: plan and publish on Instagram and Threads. Use analytics to find what works and do more of it.- Email marketing: run lifecycle and campaign emails that bring customers back.- SEO content: write search-led articles and pages for lemonvita.co.- Market and competitor research: study our customers and the category, and turn findings into campaign angles.- Reporting: track performance across channels and turn the data into decisions.Paid ads and organic social are the must-haves. Email and SEO content you can grow into here.Required- Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and professional-level Traditional Chinese writing. All copy here is written in Chinese for Hong Kong readers.- Deep familiarity with Hong Kong consumer culture, slang and social media. You know what lands on Instagram and Threads in Hong Kong and what falls flat.- A portfolio of ad creative or content you made, including copy written in Chinese. Work, personal projects and side projects all count.- Able to take a campaign from idea to live: concept, copy, creative brief, launch, read results, iterate.- Responsible, meticulous and creative. These three matter to us more than any credential.Preferred- Digital, social media or advertising marketing experience.- A science, biology or supplement-industry background. You will read the studies behind each active and turn them into copy that survives scrutiny.- Brand growth, SEO or email marketing experience.- Comfortable using frontier AI tools in a daily workflow. How to applyApply with the button on this post.
