Director, Corporate Finance Project Management

About the role

The Director, Corporate Finance Project Management leads high‑impact finance initiatives that span multiple business units and global stakeholders. This role partners with shared‑services leadership in Manila to build a centre of excellence for finance and supply‑chain services, while driving technology adoption such as RPA and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of corporate finance projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget and generate measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain global finance standards, policies, SOPs, controls and training materials, adapting them to local regulatory requirements.
• Produce executive‑level status reports that clearly communicate progress, risks and decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to optimise finance and supply‑chain systems, identify enhancements, and streamline reporting processes.
• Lead change‑management, training and communication initiatives to secure sustainable adoption across geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project/program management of technology or cross‑departmental projects with global scale.
• Deep understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R) and associated risks and controls.
• Proven ability to influence and work with multicultural teams at all organisational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities in matrixed environments.
