Director, Debt Capital Market

About the role

As a Director, Debt Capital Markets (DCM) you will originate and execute bond and debt transactions for corporate and institutional clients across Greater China, provide timely market advice, and lead junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute debt capital market transactions.
• Manage client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Prepare transaction materials, presentations and term sheets.
• Coordinate due‑diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product partners to identify opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of transaction processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Prior experience in financial markets, preferably in debt capital markets.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
