Director of Strategy and Operations

About the role

The Director of Strategy and Operations will act as the operational engine of a fast‑growing consumer wellness brand. Reporting directly to the executive team, this role functions as a mini‑CEO, ensuring day‑to‑day business runs smoothly while senior leaders focus on long‑term vision and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute core strategic goals and commercial milestones.
• Design and enforce daily, weekly, and quarterly operational frameworks to keep all business units aligned on key metrics.
• Represent the executive office in critical cross‑functional meetings, steering high‑stakes projects and removing blockers.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, customer experience, growth marketing, and digital product pipelines to ensure seamless coordination.
• Build a high‑performance culture by creating scorecard systems and operational rituals that empower team leads to own their KPIs.
• Act as the ultimate operational troubleshooter, identifying structural gaps, eliminating silos, and redesigning processes when performance dips.
• Lead high‑priority growth projects from ideation through initial execution, establishing playbooks before scaling.
• Evaluate resource allocation across technology, talent, and marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and operational velocity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of high‑growth experience in management consulting, strategy & BizOps, venture capital, or as an operations lead at a scaling consumer startup.
• Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record of guiding cross‑functional teams toward unified financial and operational KPIs.
• Strong ability to build and execute strategic initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.
