Doula In Charge – Nursing & Operations Manager

About the role

The Doula In Charge will lead daily operations of a post‑natal centre, ensuring high‑quality nursing care for mothers and newborns while managing staff, budgets and safety protocols. This senior position combines clinical expertise with strong operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee centre daily operations, including manpower planning, budgeting and emergency response.
• Provide direct nursing care to mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coach, supervise and develop doula and frontline staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Investigate incidents and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and health‑focused environment for clients and staff.
• Design and deliver training programs to meet hygiene and operational standards.
• Accountable for overall performance and operation of the centre.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
• Registered Midwife qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in private hospitals, clinics or post‑natal centres.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Team player with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
