职位概况

我们正在寻找具备运营思维与执行力的运营人才，负责司机伙伴的经营与服务质量优化，通过日常运营管理、跨部门协作与现场问题处理，提升平台运营效率。

主要职责

通过基础运营数据观察，提升新进司机黏着度与接单动能。
现场运营规划与电话沟通，协助司机解决日常问题，提升服务质量。
协助平台商城运营与流程优化，提升作业效率与使用体验。
规划并执行社群经营，提升司机参与度与平台认同感。

任职要求

良好的沟通与协作能力，能与不同团队有效合作。
积极韧性，面对变化与挑战保持正向态度。
成长型思维，乐于学习新事物并接受多元挑战。
主动且具执行力，能独立管理多项任务。

必备技能

具备数据观察与分析能力。
熟悉流程优化与运营管理。
具备电话沟通与现场问题处理经验。
