职位概况
我們正在尋找具備策略思維、團隊領導與營運管理經驗的營運主管，負責建立穩定且具成長性的司機供給，提升平台運能與司機活躍度。
主要职责
- 制定與執行司機招募、培訓與留存策略，確保供給穩定。
- 透過數據與 KPI 監控司機活躍度、留存率與平台回應率，持續優化營運成效。
- 經營司機社群，設計活動與獎勵機制提升黏著度。
- 建立與優化 SOP、政策與標準流程，提高營運效率。
- 管理營運團隊，設定目標、追蹤績效、進行 Coaching 與人才培育。
- 跨部門協作推動策略性營運專案，確保專案目標達成。
- 檢視招募、留存與營運成本效益，尋找流程優化與資源配置機會。
任职要求
- 具備團隊管理經驗，能設定目標、培育人才並帶領團隊達成營運成果。
- 具備數據與 KPI 分析能力，能根據數據做出營運決策。
- 具備高度主動性與責任感，能主動發現問題與機會。
- 能同時處理多項任務，具備優先順序管理能力。
- 良好的溝通與協作能力，能與司機、內部與跨部門合作。
- 適應快速變動的營運環境，具備問題解決能力。
- 具 5 年以上團隊或營運管理經驗者佳，具物流、即時配送或共享平台經驗者優先。
必备技能
- 熟悉 Google Workspace
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office
- 具備基本數據分析工具使用能力

- 月薪 82,000 元至 135,000 元（依能力核定）
