e-Commerce Marketing Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced e‑Commerce Marketing Senior Specialist to design, launch and optimise digital campaigns that drive traffic, acquisition and retention for our app and website. You will work closely with product, commercial and agency partners to ensure seamless execution and continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated performance‑marketing campaigns across paid channels to boost app and site traffic.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: set‑up, content coordination, go‑live, and post‑launch monitoring.
• Oversee e‑commerce promotional content and coordinate pre‑order promotions on digital platforms.
• Collaborate with digital product teams to enhance app UI/UX based on data insights.
• Track key metrics, produce performance reports and deliver actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain campaign trackers, QA checklists and operational documentation to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate with commercial, digital and external agency teams to align timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce marketing, performance marketing or digital campaign operations.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or media environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and a proactive, independent work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Knowledge of UTM tracking parameters and analytics.
• Experience managing e‑commerce campaign workflows.
