About the role
The Educational Assistant will join the vibrant community at Quarry Bay School, part of the English Schools Foundation, supporting a diverse student body. This full‑time role focuses on enhancing student learning by working closely with class teachers and preparing teaching resources.
Key responsibilities
- Support student learning by working alongside class teachers.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of teaching resources.
- Spend approximately 80% of contact time directly with students.
- Provide enthusiastic support to the teaching team as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Enthusiastic and willing to give full support to the teaching team.
- Permanent Hong Kong resident or holder of a valid work visa.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Experience with young children in primary or kindergarten contexts is an advantage.
- Special educational needs expertise is highly desirable.
