About the role

JumpStart Learning, a leading brand of POPULAR GROUP, is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to deliver high‑quality language instruction to small groups of children aged 3‑12 in Hong Kong. You will work in a supportive centre environment, using the company’s mnemonic methodology and extensive exam database to help students achieve measurable progress.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging English lessons for kindergarten and primary‑level learners in small groups.
• Develop, update and adapt lesson plans, curriculum content and teaching materials aligned with Hong Kong curriculum and exam trends.
• Collaborate with parents to identify effective learning strategies and monitor student motivation and progress.
• Supervise and mentor part‑time tutors to ensure consistent, high‑quality instruction.
• Provide administrative and operational support to improve centre efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching or tutoring English across diverse learner levels.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar and language development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; teaching qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening abilities.
• Professional, reliable and collaborative attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to work the centre’s opening hours and a 5‑day schedule that may include weekends.
