Enterprise Sales Director – APAC

About the role

CUBE is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for the APAC region to lead new‑logo acquisition and expansion across both large‑enterprise and mid‑market financial institutions. You will operate at the executive level with global banks, insurers and asset managers while also building a scalable, high‑velocity sales motion for a broader set of buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close new enterprise logos with ACV of £200K+ across multiple geographies and buying centres.
• Develop and execute a repeatable, faster‑track sales process for mid‑size financial institutions, fintechs and corporates.
• Drive net revenue retention and expansion within the existing customer base.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to shape go‑to‑market strategy.
• Own pipeline generation, forecasting and achievement of regional revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience selling SaaS or RegTech solutions to large financial institutions.
• Track record of building and scaling sales motions for both enterprise and mid‑market segments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑growing, high‑performance environment.
