ETF Product Content Associate, APAC

About the role

Responsible for adapting, localising, managing and maintaining ETF product content and materials for distribution, marketing and client use across Asia Pacific. The role supports sales teams and client engagement through timely, accurate and well‑structured product information while collaborating with ETF strategists, capital markets, product management, marketing and sales teams globally.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ETF product contact for APAC sales teams, providing clear and accurate responses to client and sales enquiries.
• Customise, localise and maintain global ETF content for APAC use, including presentations, one‑pagers, web content, product updates and market commentary.
• Maintain a centralised library of ETF product materials, ensuring information, positioning and performance data remain up‑to‑date.
• Translate global investment views and product positioning into relevant APAC messaging in partnership with local marketing teams.
• Support APAC ETF Product Specialists and sales teams with analysis, presentations, client meetings and RFPs.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in a product specialist capacity within financial services.
• Prior funds industry experience, especially with ETFs, is highly valued.
• University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
• CFA or other professional investment qualifications are a plus.
