Event Sales Manager

About the role

Seeking a passionate and dynamic Event Sales Manager to join our thriving team at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Reporting directly to Sales & Marketing, you will drive event sales success, nurture client relationships and enhance the property’s reputation as a world‑class events destination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high level of professional expertise and customer focus to acquire, retain and develop event clients, maximising hotel revenue and profitability.
• Achieve designated revenue targets.
• Assist with preparation and regular updates of the departmental budget.
• Deliver the brand promise and ensure exceptional client service at all times.
• Offer courteous and professional service to internal customers across other departments.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a large‑scale hotel in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
