Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President (Asia Pacific)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific. The role is pivotal in ensuring the SVP’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, enabling strategic focus and effective decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep awareness of the executive’s strategic objectives and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Manage a complex agenda, including meetings, appointments, events, and personal commitments.
• Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Organise regional meetings, summits, off‑sites and global executive visits, coordinating all logistics and preparing materials.
• Summarise reports, draft communications, and assist in developing presentations.
• Arrange travel itineraries, reservations and related logistics for both professional and personal engagements.
• Collaborate with the global and regional EA community to share best practices and gather information.
• Oversee expense submissions, budget tracking and financial administration for the APAC executive department.
• Monitor strategic projects, act as liaison between the SVP and market/functional leadership teams, and facilitate communication.
