Executive Chef – Bar Division

About the role

Tastings Group Limited is expanding its Bar Division and seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program across its premium bar outlets in Central, Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui. You will shape the food experience to complement award‑winning mixology and innovative bar concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee kitchen operations across all bar venues.
• Develop and execute menus focused on small plates, sharing dishes and creative food‑and‑cocktail pairings.
• Collaborate closely with bar managers and mixologists to design unique dining experiences.
• Maintain consistency, quality and visual appeal of all food items.
• Mentor and manage kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Control food costs, manage inventory and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Represent the brand’s values of innovation and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years’ experience as an executive or senior chef in high‑end bars, lounges or hospitality groups.
• Strong background in bar‑focused cuisine and creative food concepts.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
• Passion for innovation and awareness of global culinary trends.
