Executive Manager (Facilities Management)

About the role

The Executive Manager (Facilities Management) will lead the overall building and facilities operations for HKCAAVQ, ensuring a safe, efficient and well‑maintained work environment. This senior position combines strategic policy development with hands‑on oversight of daily office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain building premises, equipment, furniture and manage procurement and contracts.
• Supervise security, occupational health & safety, and cleaning services in line with legislation.
• Develop, review and enforce internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyse management reports for senior leadership.
• Liaise with district stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Handle general administration duties and inventory control.

Required profile

• University degree comparable to HKQF level 5, preferably in facilities, housing or property management.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience in facilities or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations and maintenance standards.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with strong service orientation.
• Proven management, problem‑solving and team‑working abilities.
