Facility Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Facility Manager to lead on‑site operations for our clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role carries full P&L responsibility and serves as the primary executive contact, ensuring seamless delivery of security, cleaning, housekeeping, reception and transport services.

Key responsibilities

• Steer all on‑site operations as Site‑In‑Charge, with full P&L accountability and ownership of daily service delivery, resource allocation and performance metrics.
• Act as the main executive point of contact for clients, building trusted advisory relationships through proactive engagement.
• Direct and coordinate diverse on‑site service teams (security, cleaning, housekeeping, reception, executive transport) to ensure cohesive workflows and uninterrupted service.
• Manage complex venue conversions and set‑ups, arranging furniture and equipment per client specifications.
• Conduct regular audits of public and high‑traffic areas, identify service gaps and propose data‑backed improvement recommendations.
• Compile and deliver metric‑rich operational reports, translating performance data into actionable insights for client leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Building Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale facilities with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage senior client leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary service teams and overseeing venue conversions.
• Excellent analytical abilities to conduct audits and produce data‑driven reports.
