Fashion Designer – Apparel

About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Designer to lead product design within a specific apparel category. The role works closely with the Section Head and design team to translate seasonal concepts into market‑ready collections, collaborating daily with buyers, sourcing teams and fit technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal fashion ideas that align with the brand’s signature and target customer preferences.
• Translate monthly concept themes into detailed design sketches, CADs and tech packs.
• Source cost‑effective fabrics and trims while maintaining brand quality standards.
• Monitor weekly sales data and market feedback to adjust collections for optimal inventory health.
• Lead the design‑to‑product development process from concept brainstorming through sample evaluation and pre‑production.
• Update monthly/seasonal design overviews and drive improvements to star products based on trends.

Required profile

• High Diploma or higher in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years experience in lingerie, sleepwear or loungewear design; fast‑fashion experience is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Strong CAD drawing abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
