Fashion Designer / Senior Fashion Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer (Senior level) to lead the development of our ladies' sweater and knit & woven collections. The role focuses on creating commercially viable designs that align with market trends and brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop seasonal design concepts.
• Create visual inspiration, source materials and trims, and identify innovative opportunities in silhouettes and fabrics.
• Conduct trend and market research, translating insights into brand‑appropriate products.
• Prepare collection presentation boards and related product presentation materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain open communication with vendors, mills, and customers to ensure alignment on design objectives and smooth project execution.
• Assist with ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textiles Design or related disciplines.
• 7‑10+ years of relevant experience in fashion design, preferably with ladies' fashion for the USA market.
• Strong experience in sweater categories and solid understanding of garment construction, textiles, pattern‑making basics, and fit.
• Ability to create detailed technical packs and oversee sampling through to production.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
