FHS Customer Operations Manager

About the role

The FHS Customer Operations Manager will oversee the entry‑into‑service and daily performance of Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) component contracts for airline customers. Based in Hong Kong, the role works closely with teams in Europe, Asia and the United States to ensure cost, quality and lead‑time targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities linked to FHS component contracts, including order processing, delivery, receipt confirmation, installation, removal and core return.
• Monitor delivery performance, collect data and produce KPI reports for internal and customer use.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, handling AOG situations, crisis coordination and retrofit program tracking.
• Define improvement plans, track implementation and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with inventory, schedule demand and finance teams to support on‑site stock takes and data uploads to the FHS portal.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing operations within the aviation or aerospace sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships across multiple regions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment and handle crisis situations.
