Fiat Finance Manager

About the role

Binance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the full financial management cycle for its fiat‑based legal entities in the region. The role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with a strong focus on AI‑driven process optimisation, supporting the company’s mission to build an inclusive digital‑asset ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end and year‑end close, general ledger maintenance, balance‑sheet reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in line with group policies and local standards.
• Produce accurate management accounts, variance analyses and provide clear insights on entity performance.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled improvements to accounting workflows, reporting and automation to achieve efficiency gains.
• Lead external audit coordination, prepare audit schedules, manage timelines and drive resolution of findings.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and track actuals versus budget, flagging material variances.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, financial controlling or senior accounting roles, preferably within crypto, payments or multinational environments.
• Proven experience managing external audit cycles, ideally with Big 4 or public accounting exposure.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, manage multiple assignments and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Strong interest and hands‑on experience with AI tools and automation applied to finance functions.
