Finance Director – APAC

About the role

As Finance Director – APAC at Hasbro, you will be the senior finance leader and strategic co‑pilot to the APAC Commercial Leadership Team, overseeing both sales finance and regional finance across multiple markets. You will own the full finance agenda for APAC, from commercial deal‑making and channel strategy through to cost discipline and consolidated reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive business performance, lead pricing strategy, channel investment, profitability analysis and customer P&L decisions.
• Lead regional planning rhythm, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting, ensuring accurate roll‑up of market results.
• Manage a combined Sales Finance and Regional Finance organization of 11 across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India and Australia.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Franchise and Supply Chain to align strategy and bring finance discipline.

Required profile

• 10–12+ years of finance experience with a strong track record in Commercial Finance, FP&A and business partnering.
• Proven success leading high‑performing, multi‑market finance teams in CPG, retail or consumer‑tech environments.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills at senior leadership level.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
