Finance Graduate Associate

About the role

Join FGS Global’s Finance Associate Program, a two‑year rotational graduate scheme designed to fast‑track finance and business leaders. You will rotate through Order‑to‑Cash, Procurement‑to‑Payment, Revenue Recognition & Commercial Finance, and FP&A while gaining regional exposure across Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes, including billing, invoicing and receivables management.
• Assist Procurement‑to‑Payment activities such as vendor invoice processing, expense review and supplier onboarding.
• Help with Revenue Recognition and Commercial Finance tasks, reviewing contracts, forecasting revenue and analysing project profitability.
• Contribute to Financial Planning & Analysis by preparing budgets, forecasts, performance dashboards and management reports.
• Participate in Finance Transformation and regional projects, driving process improvement, system implementation and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and a growth mindset.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with partners, consultants and cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to building a long‑term career in finance and business leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
