Finance Manager – Frequent Travel Required

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our accounting and finance team, develop financial strategies, and oversee budgeting and reporting across multiple locations. The role involves frequent travel to supervise financial operations in the PRC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimise financial performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Prior experience in a Hong Kong listed company is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HKFRS/IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
