Finance Manager – High‑Growth FinTech Platform

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing digital financing platform in Hong Kong, is seeking a Finance Manager to join a lean finance team reporting directly to the CFO. The role combines end‑to‑end financial reporting, audit oversight, tax compliance, and strategic partnership with senior leadership to support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual closes under HKFRS/IFRS.
• Lead external statutory audits, oversee internal control procedures and maintain robust financial risk management.
• Support company license renewals, review AML policies and manage corporate tax filings with external advisors.
• Assist the CFO with operational enhancements, financial modeling and ad‑hoc business analysis.
• Collaborate across departments and deliver clear financial presentations to senior leadership and external advisors.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit background in financial services.
• Strong command of HKFRS/IFRS.
• Highly presentable, agile and adaptable, able to own broad duties in a lean team.
• Professional fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
