Finance Manager

About the role

Currenxie is a fast‑growing fintech company providing a global finance platform for borderless businesses. The Finance Manager will oversee daily finance operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic reporting. This role follows a hybrid work model, with four days per week on‑site to maximise collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Perform bank, account deposit and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Ensure overall financial compliance and meet statutory obligations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and support annual audit processes.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and management financial reports.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance team.
• Deliver ad‑hoc reporting and financial analysis as required.

Required profile

• ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in financial institutions.
• Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and supervise others.
• Strong reporting background with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Organised, able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills.
