Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee month‑end closing, financial reporting and internal controls for Crypto.com’s Finance & Accounting team. This role collaborates across multiple functions and regional teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information supports strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end closing and prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data to deliver accurate reports for management decision‑making.
• Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met and internal control policies are effective.
• Develop and implement best‑practice financial processes and support system implementations.
• Collaborate with regional internal parties for analysis, budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, economics or business; advanced degrees or CPA a plus.
• Minimum 5 + years of professional experience in accounting and/or treasury; audit experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
• Strong analytical, project management and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to multitask in a high‑growth environment.
• Passion for start‑ups and digital assets, and good command of spoken and written English.
