Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst – FP&A to join Arrow Electronics’ APAC finance team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, APAC FP&A, you will support regional performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting while partnering with business leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis for regional and business unit performance, covering sales top‑lines and key performance indicators.
• Assist in variance analysis against forecasts, budgets and actual expenditures for various functions.
• Gather financial data from cross‑functional teams and prepare management business review packages.
• Participate in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for the APAC Components business.
• Partner with business leaders on cost evaluation, financial modelling and ad‑hoc analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive, independent and results‑oriented with a team‑player attitude.
