Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

Lane Crawford is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team and provide insightful analysis that supports business objectives. You will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for a leading luxury retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance metrics, identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data for effective financial planning.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management review.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses and other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or a similar function.
• Audit background is welcome; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with basic financial modelling and forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
